A message for our NTU student patients:
You can contact our Care Navigators at the practice by telephone from 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday. You can also submit an online request on our Patient Triage service from 8am to get help with a non-urgent medical problem or an admin query. These will be dealt with on the same day. Our clinicians are also seeing patients face to face if this is deemed safe and the most appropriate method of consultation for that particular patient. The clinician will need to discuss this with you beforehand.
