We are currently taking part in patient co-production where we discuss practice issues and patient experience to improve the service. The purpose is to give patients the opportunity to give feedback on topics of mutual interest.
Patients will be randomly selected to answer a few questions regarding service at the surgery, answers will then be cross checked to look for any correlation and areas of improvement.
We then use our website and social media to feedback outcomes to patients.
