The Base 51 Counselling service offers short and longer term counselling and psychotherapy to young people aged 11-25. Counsellors are trained in a number of approaches and have vast experience of working with young people to work towards their aims.

Physiotherapy:
We have 3 physiotherapists working at the surgery across both sites. They will carry out a consultation over the phone initially to assess you, then book you in for a face to face appointment if necessary. If you wish to book a telephone appointment, please call us or put a request through AskmyGP. Alternatively you can self-refer to a physiotherapist online here.

Contraception:

- SH:24 – STI Testing kits, contraceptive pills, emergency contraception, genital wart treatment and genital herpes treatment.
Urgent Care Centre – UCC can treat minor injuries and illnesses including minor burns, minor head injuries or suspected broken bones. They can x-ray children over 5 and provide simple fracture management, meaning you don’t have to go to A and E. They can also now see the under 2’s. They’re open 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7am-9pm and you don’t need an appointment.
Your Health Your Way– is a free service available to Nottinghamshire residents. It is a self referral service that offers referrals for weight management, smoking cessations, physical activity, and brief alcohol support.
