How it works for you
Submitting a medical or admin request online is faster and saves you waiting on the phone to speak to a member of staff during peak times– you can send a request from 8am weekdays.
Just click the Patient Triage – GET HELP NOW option on our homepage to submit a request for yourself or for someone else. It will ask you for some personal details and to answer a few prompts about your problem/query. Providing this information on your request will help the care navigator team book you the right appointment, assist you with your query quickly and signpost you to the best health care service.
